Terms & Conditions

1. Provider and contact

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of BlockRa, an iPhone application provided by Federica Benacquista. For support or legal correspondence, contact support@copycut.it.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using BlockRa, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must not use the app. These Terms apply in addition to any applicable Apple App Store terms, Apple platform rules, and mandatory provisions of applicable law.

3. Description of the app

BlockRa is a caller blocking and caller identification utility for iPhone. It is designed to help users create, organize, import, export, and manage caller-related entries, including individual telephone numbers, lists, ranges, and number patterns. The app may include iCloud synchronization, advertising in the free experience, support functions, and premium functionality.

4. Licence and permitted use

Subject to compliance with these Terms, the user is granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use BlockRa on compatible Apple devices for lawful personal purposes. The user must not use the app in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or inconsistent with Apple platform rules.

Except where permitted by applicable law, the user must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive source code from, interfere with, or circumvent technical protections in BlockRa.

5. User data and responsibility for entries

The user is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and consequences of the telephone numbers, labels, notes, tags, files, contact information, and other data the user enters, imports, exports, deletes, blocks, allows, or identifies through BlockRa. The user should review entries and any import, export, Contacts, or deletion actions before confirming them.

6. Caller blocking and caller identification limitations

BlockRa is a utility intended to assist with caller blocking and caller identification. The availability and effectiveness of these functions depend on iOS, Apple’s Call Blocking & Identification framework, device settings, app permissions, supported number formats, carrier behavior, synchronization status, and the data supplied by the user.

The user may need to enable relevant iPhone settings for BlockRa to operate as intended. BlockRa does not warrant or guarantee that every unwanted call will be blocked, that every caller will be identified, that every number format will be supported, or that caller information will always be complete, current, or accurate.

7. Contacts, imports, exports, and iCloud

BlockRa may permit the user to import selected Contacts, export selected app entries to Contacts, create or open BlockRa export files, synchronize app data through iCloud, and perform related data-management actions. These functions are provided for the user’s convenience and may depend on Apple services, permissions, account status, device settings, and system availability.

The user remains responsible for reviewing data before importing, exporting, sharing, synchronizing, or deleting it. Federica Benacquista is not responsible for user-confirmed changes to the user’s Contacts, exported files, iCloud data, or app entries except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

8. Premium features and purchases

BlockRa may offer premium features or paid products through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. Purchases, billing, taxes, refunds, cancellation rights, and account-level purchase management are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable terms and policies. BlockRa may verify purchase status, maintain entitlement status, and support purchase restoration where available.

Premium features, pricing, availability, and product names may change over time. Access to premium features may depend on Apple’s systems, verification of entitlement, regional availability, and continued app support.

9. Advertising, consent, and third-party services

The free version of BlockRa may display advertising through Google AdMob. Advertising consent and privacy choices may be managed through Google User Messaging Platform, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, iOS settings, and any options made available in the app. Third-party services, including Apple and Google services, are subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical operation.

10. Availability, updates, and changes

BlockRa may be updated, modified, suspended, removed from sale, or discontinued at any time. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. The app may not be available in all countries, on all devices, on all iOS versions, or at all times.

No guarantee is given that BlockRa will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with all configurations, or permanently available.

11. Intellectual property

BlockRa, including the app, website, design, software, text, branding, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved by Federica Benacquista or the relevant rights holders. Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, iCloud, StoreKit, and other third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlockRa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and uninterrupted operation, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Federica Benacquista shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, missed calls, blocked calls, unidentified callers, incorrectly identified callers, import or export errors, Contacts changes, iCloud synchronization issues, purchase interruptions, advertising-related matters, service interruptions, or any inability to use BlockRa.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

14. Suspension and termination

The user may stop using BlockRa at any time. Access to the app or specific features may be suspended, limited, or discontinued where necessary for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, service changes, technical reasons, or misuse of the app.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

The governing law and competent jurisdiction for these Terms require final legal confirmation. Until confirmed, these Terms shall not be interpreted as limiting any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to the user under applicable law.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be amended from time to time. The updated version will be made available on this page and will indicate the date of the latest update. Continued use of BlockRa after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
